Start with service availability
Read the locations and IP count attached to your active service. The ISP configurations described use shared Romanian IPs. Country, region, city, ASN and carrier options are confirmed for each configuration before ordering.
Respect the location hierarchy
Country support does not imply every state or city. Region and city identifiers belong to a specific country and may not match free-form names. ASN identifies a network, while carrier is a mobile-network concept. Do not invent username suffixes to request unsupported targeting.
Verify the outcome independently
Check an authorized target that reports network location and compare the service configuration. IP geolocation databases can disagree or lag; a browser language, timezone or GPS reading is a separate signal. For a localization test, record all of those inputs separately.
Treat changes as service operations
Changing an allocated country may require new IPs, pricing or provisioning. It is not a client-side formatting operation. Existing sticky sessions may be invalidated. Confirm whether the service supports an update and whether continuity is preserved; stop if a requested constraint cannot be fulfilled.
