Datacenter addresses originate in hosting networks. ISP products use ISP-address allocations; Residential uses residential connections; Mobile uses carrier connectivity. Those categories explain network context, not an automatic level of speed, anonymity, success or exclusivity.
Allocation and continuity
Shared means an allocation can be used by other customers under the service terms. Dedicated requires an explicit exclusive allocation. Sticky session behavior is separate from either label. The CloudCity ISP configurations described use shared Romanian IPs. Check the IP count and location in your chosen offer.
Performance and cost
Latency and successful access depend on route, target, region, load and request behavior. No verified public CloudCity latency or success aggregate is available here. Per-GB, per-IP and commitment pricing cannot be ranked fairly without the included usage, overage and billing period.
Choose an alternative deliberately
Start with Datacenter for ordinary technical checks, ISP when an allocated set matters, Residential for a confirmed residential perspective and Mobile for a carrier requirement. If you need rendering or structured extraction, a proxy alone is insufficient; evaluate your own runner or a separately confirmed API contract.
